Why covers?
Well, a simple answer could be, “You’ve gotta start somewhere, right?” But in all reality, it’s a bit more involved than that. As I’ve mentioned in another post, I’ve used music as a way to interpret and navigate my emotions for a while, and that music was all created by other people.
So... what actually goes into recording a song?
Here I was thinking that to record a song, all I had to do was turn up, play my guitar while someone pressed record, maybe a little bit of editing, and that'd be the end of it. Oh, how wrong I was...
